I thought I'd change the music again. I love music, love listening to it, singing along with it and dancing to it. I put together some of my favorite classics. I hope you all enjoy them as much as I do!

Going to the Park

We went to Liberty Lake Pavillion park last week with my sisters and Tiffani. The kids had a great time playing outside. It was still pretty cold though, with the wind blowing on us. Of course it didn't seem to bother the kids at all. At one point they all ran up the hill and were playing in a couple of trees. They were pretending like the tree was their fort and anyone coming up the hill was the enemy. They started to through pine cone granades down the hill at them. Of course we had to put an end to that. It was pretty entertaining. It was just so nice to be outside. Next time I go I'll be sure to let everyone know!

The Sun Was Here!!

The sun was out today and what a beautiful day it was. I decided to take a picture of the sun as it was setting tonight just in case it doesn't come back for awhile. Isn't it beautiful!!

Dreaming of Sun

I know everyone is getting so tired of all the snow so I thought I would put together some good summer time tunes to help boost spirits!! I hope you all enjoy!!

Funny story

The other day the boys came up to me and asked me to help them make capes out of my dish towels. Once I got the towels on them they started running around like little super heroes. Noah said that he was Superman and he would start to run across the room and say, "Superman to the rescue!!!" Then he would start making flying noices. Hyrum would tell me about all the super powers he had and made up the name " Rock Sand" for his super hero name. Don't ask where he got that from, I have no idea. The next day they asked me to help them make a super hero fort and they put on thier rain boots, thier dish towel capes and their Easter Basket helmets. It was so funny. They really had a great time saving the day from all the bad guys. I'm so grateful I have two strong super heroes here to protect me.

Busy Week

My sister-in-law (Kim) is in town from Utah this week. My mom, sisters, sister-in-laws and all their kids come over for lunch. We had 7 boys, 3 girls and the mommies. It was a very nice lunch. Austin and Ashley haven't really changed much since December, but Emma and Kendal have grown so much. Emma now has brown hair and is signing lots. Kendal is now 3 months old and she has gotten so big. She is such a happy, sweet little baby. It was so nice to snuggle with her a little bit. I of course love seeing my nephews; Garrett, Porter, Mason and Drew. They are the sweetest boys and next month I will have another nephew. Then another one in July. We certainly have our share of boys in my family.
Last night we went to see "Horton Hears a Who" at the Valley cinema. The boys loved it. Noah was cracking up laughing the whole time. Just hearing him laugh made you laugh. It was a great time!
Today the boys and I took some ice cream into Chris's work for a little afternoon treat. It's nice to be able to spend a little extra time as a family. Then this evening Chris and the boys came with me to my eye exam. I go to Lens Crafters in the Valley Mall. I really like the doctor there. Anyway after 10 years of wearing glasses I decided to try contacts. So next time you see me don't be surprised if I don't have my glasses on. Hyrum isn't real sure it's a good idea for me to put things in my eyes, but I think he'll get over it. I was just excited that I was actually able to get the contacts in there. I never thought I would be able to do it. I am still getting used to having them in there. Every once in awhile I try and push my glasses back up my nose even though there isn't anything there. I'm sure I will get over that with time.
Tomorrow Hyrum has an appointment to get his shots so we can get him registered for Kindergarten. He isn't real excited about getting a shot, but we can't wait to start going to school. It's all he has been able to talk about since he could talk. I went online and showed him pictures of his school and some of the activities that they have been doing this year. I'm so happy that I can share in this experience with him. I can't believe he is going to be going to school already. It seems like yesterday was the day he was born and my life changed forever.
