Count your many blessings

I am so blessed to have such amazing boys in my life. They are both so smart and sweet. I know they are going to grow up to be wonderful men and they will do wonderful things. Hyrum has such a big heart and is so empathetic. Noah has so much love to give and is so passionate. They are so different in so many ways and yet so much a like in others. Some days I can't believe that I could have done anything in my life to make me worthy to have these boys.
Not only do I have the most amazing boys. I also have a wonderful husband. Chris works so hard to support our family. To provide us with our beautiful home and all the luxuries that come with it. He is a wonderful friend, husband and father. I could not have picked a better partner to share all eternity with.
I have parents who still love one another and have worked hard to raise their children to love the gospel. At this point in time all my brothers and sisters are active members of the Church of Jesus Chris of Latter-Day Saints. Except for my 16 year old brother, my siblings have all been married in the temple and have been sealed to their families for time and eternity. They are living their lives faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ. I sleep well at night knowing that their lives are full of the Lord's blessings.
To top it all off I have had the wonderful fortune to have some pretty awesome nieces and nephews. I am definitely a proud aunt. I love my nieces and nephews as much as I love my own boys. They each have their own unique personalities. I am always so happy to spend time with them.
I only hope all of you will be so bless and fortunate as I am. To be surrounded with so many loved ones.

Another Birthday

Happy Birthday Ryan!
Ryan is my little brother. Is turns 16 tomorrow May 17th. I have watched him grow up from a baby. Watched him learn how to dress himself, go to the bathroom, start school and now he is almost all grown up. I can hardly believe how quickly time has passed. I look forward to watching him grow into the good man I know he will become. I hope his birthday is everything he wants. I am so grateful to have him apart of my life and a member of my family.
I love you Ryan!

Little Model

I was taking some pictures of the boys when they were all dressed up in their cute shorts and polo shirts. Hyrum was being so cute posing for me. He looked like a little model. He makes me laugh.

Happy Birthday

I just wanted to wish my Mom and my Sister Holly Happy Birthday today!
My mom was born in Spokane, WA to Steve and Barbara Goodman. She was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at the age of 16. Married my dad (Don McCombs) when she was 18. After that time she has born 3 sons and 3 daughters who have in turn given her 9 grandsons and 4 granddaughters.
My mom is one of the most beautiful women I know. Inside and out. She has a strong testimony of the gospel, she loves her children with all her heart and she works so hard for all of us. She sings, plays the piano, has a green thumb and has decorated the most beautiful home. She has been a great teacher to me and if not for her I would not have the testimony I do now. Thank you mom for everything you have done for me. I love you and hope you have a wonderful birthday.

My Sister Holly was born in Colorado Spirngs, CO. She graduated from Central Valley High School in 99'. She married her husband Trevor Stephenson in June of 2001. They have three wonderful boys and are due to have their fourth boy in July. My sister is a stay at home mom and has become one of my best friends. My boys love to spend time with their aunt Holly and there cousins. I look forward to them growing up together and becoming the best of friends. I am so grateful to live close to Holly and hope that she knows how much I love her. I hope you have a very special day today and enjoy every minute of it.

Happy Birthday Mom and Holly!

Happy Mother's Day Moms!!

ODE TO MOTHERS
Funny by Kristin F. McKendall
Mothers cannot do it all
But surely do they try.
Mothers hear the angel's call,
To comfort all who cry.
Mothers for themselves may fall,
For others they will fly.
Mother's bear the weight of all,
For their children, they would die.
A Mother's gift extends beyond
All bounds of time and space.
Her lovingness and nurturing
Make Earth a peaceful place.
