I just wanted to let you all know that my cousin McKay Coppins is now writing a weekly column for the Deseret News' Mormon Times website. Technically, they call him a "blogger."
The name of the column is "Single, Mormon Twentysomething." The premise is that McKay write from the perspective of a single, Mormon twentysomething. His first column (published last week) discusses sweeping generalizations of this generation of young, single Mormons (they love Facebook, Coldplay and blogging about their insecurities). This week he wrote about his basement-dwelling roommate who has graduated from college but can't seem to move on with his life. The articles are intended to be sometimes insightful, often funny and always brilliant. At least that is his goal.
I am including a link to his most recent article and he will be published every Friday on MormonTimes.com.

I am very excited for McKay and hope that his column is very successful. Please take a minute to check out his column.

Happy Birthday Noah Day 2
Noah Christopher Farman was born on October 12, 2005. Since that time he has brought so much love, laughs and life into our home. He is three years old and already has a mind of his own. He is determined to rid the world of the bad guys and still has time to have fun with his big brother and the rest of his family and friends.

Green Bluff
After picking out our pumpkins and getting some yummy apples we all went on a train ride. Here's Noah can you see the snot running down his face?
Noah and Mason had a great time. Mason kept pointing out all the interesting things that we saw. Although I wasn't really sure what he was saying.
Here is Holly and Michelle. It was Michelle's birthday that day and she spent the day with all our crazy boys. Happy Birthday Michelle!
After running around the corn maze for awhile not figuring out how in the world to get out of there we found a short cut to the boat and decided to take it. The boys had fun on the boys. Here's Garrett coming down the slide.

New Toys
Chris has been asking me if he could get a four wheeler for several months now. He found a great deal on Craig's List for two Polaris four wheelers at a really great price so we decided he could get them. He picked them up last week on Thursday night and has been having so much fun with them. The boys of course love them and Chris has played with them everyday since we got them. I'm just glad he has something to play with after all the hard work and many hours he has been putting in for the business. Plus I like to play a little too! :-)
