My Camera is fixed!

Here's Evie hanging out on the kitchen counter while we were doing the dishes. She got a hold of the apple and started sucking away. She thought is was pretty funny.

The first cold day we had this winter. I had to get a picture of Evie all bundled up.
My boys! Gotta love 'em.

Evie has started pulling herself up and walking around the furniture. She can stand on her own now, but hasn't gotten to the point of taking those first steps. We'll keep you posted.
Evie loves this thing. She will crawl around with it hanging out of her mouth. She just chews on the rubber end.
Here is a picture of Evie crawling. Did I tell you she was crawling now. She has been since right after Thanksgiving. Course my camera was broke and I didn't get a picture of her first time, but I will get her walking. She is all over the place now. She is learning how to open cupboard doors and loves playing with everything as long as it is something she shouldn't be playing with. She is a very happy little girls as long as she isn't too terribly sick. Which she has been the past week. We are very happy to have her as part of our family.

Leigh's Family Pic

I wanted to get a family photo taken for Leigh and make a nice print for him to put up at his place. So with my aunt Kriste's help I was able to get these. I think Leigh and the girls look so sweet. I wish they lived closer so we could see more of them. For now pictures and visits whenever will have to do.

Way too long

I'm so sorry. I am way behind on my blogging these days. My camera is broken and I really need to get it fixed, I just never seem to have enough time to take it in. We've been so busy with Christmas celebrations and my work or church it's been a little crazy. Evie continues to grow and gets more and more beautiful everyday. If you can believe that it is even possible for her to get any more beautiful. Hyrum is doing well in school, he had a slow start, but is right on track and a little ahead in his reading. We are so proud. Noah is loving preschool. I think he wishes he had it everyday. Last night was his Christmas concert and he was adorable. Kim Whalen took video for me since Natalie was there too. Once I get a copy I'll get it posted. Chris has been busy with work, but what else is new. So now that you are up to date on the goings on around here I'll let you get back to your blogging. I'll have pictures soon, I hope. :-)

Happy Birthday Noah

Noah is 4 years old today. He has done a lot of growing this past year. He can now go potty all by himself, can get dressed all by himself, put on his shoes all by himself, ride his bike w/ training wheels all by himself and goes to preschool all by himself. He is stubborn, a little ornery, very independent and very particular, but we love him all the same. He keeps us laughing and always on our toes. He can be the sweetest kid when he wants to be and the craziest as well. He became a big brother this year and stepped right into that role no problem. He loves his little sister and is happy to pass on the role of baby. Happy Birthday Noah we love you!

Chris's Latest Toy

This is Chris's Monster. He still is a little shaky driving it since it's all really new to him, but he is really excited about it. It's like watching a kid's face on Christmas morning when the kid first sees all the presents under the tree. It's so funny to watch him play around with it. He works really hard all year and it's nice that he can get a little play in sometimes to make up for it.

Noah's first day of preschool

Noah started preschool this past month. He loves it. The preschool is held in the church that's a block from our house. We usually walk to and from school and Noah looks so cute with his backpack on walking along the sidewalk to school. Every day he gets out he is excited to tell me all about what he did. Yesterday when we were walking home he was telling me the story about the 5 monkeys jumping on the bed. He did so good I only had to help him a couple of times. He is getting so smart. I'm so glad we registered him in preschool this year.
